Kelantan All Primed Up To Take On Terengganu Saturday (BERNAMA)

KOTA BAHARU, Jan 5 (Bernama) -- Kelantan are all primed up to take on Terenganu in their opening match of this season's Super League on Saturday.

Coach B Sathianatan said all 25 players in the team were geared up for the match although some of the senior players were nursing injuries.

"Preparations are going smoothly since the team's return from Bangkok after playing a friedly match in the Thai capital. We are raring for action," he told reporters after attending a motivation session together with the players at the Kelantan FA's headquarters here on Tuesday.

Also present to give the boys a pep talk was Zaitun Othman, the National Sports Council's Organisations and Athletes Affairs Division director.

Sathianathan said the "Red Warriors" line up for this season had been further beefed up with the inclusion of new hirings like Syed Adney Syed Hussien (My-Team),Norshahrul Idlan Talaha (My-Team), Shakir Shaari (My-Team), S. Chanturu (Penang), S. Subramaniam (Perak), Akmal Rizal Rakhli (KM Naza),Azizi Che Ros (Perlis) and Hairuddin Omar (T-Team).

He said the injured list included Nor Farhan Mohamad, S. Chanturu and Zamri Ramli but it should not pose a problem when they meet the "Turtles".
